Design a Custom Ring

Custom rings give you the chance to have a one-of-a-kind look to your engagement ring, getting just the right stone(s) set in the right rings.

In the past, the typical way to get a custom ring was to engage the services of a jeweler who would work with you on a design and then hand craft and cast the ring to your specifications. While this is still a wonderful approach, it is also very time and labor intensive, and can result in some surprises when the finished product doesn't capture your style just right.

At Persimmon Hollow, we will work with you to design a custom ring with the look you want but at a price which is competitive with the cookie-cutter mall rings.

You start with picking out the base of your ring from a choice of hundreds. We will help you decide between metals (gold or platinum) and color (yellow or white gold). We'll explain both the obvious and un-obvious trade offs so you make the most informed choice possible.

When you know what base (or what kind of base) you want, we will help you find the right stone to work with it. We'll walk you through the trade-offs between size, cut, color, and clarity, so you can get just the right look. If your mount has accent stones, we can help you pick out those, as well. We work with our network of gemstone dealers to find you the right gemstones at a great price.

With all the choices made, our jeweler will assemble the ring. Because you know what the pieces look like before hand, you'll get just the ring you expect!
